Floater Teacher: Preschool teacher who provides break and prep coverage, and will work directly with young children engaging in a play based curriculum environment. Classroom Teacher: Preschool teacher working in a play based curriculum, responsible for curriculum planning, parent correspondence and communication, child assessments, and typical daily classroom functions.
